As CMG continues to grow, we are in search of a Content Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Must be creative, thoughtful and forward-thinking, organized, hard-working and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Assist in the creation, organization and filing of creative assets
  • Research emerging trends within the industry and digital media landscape
  • Manage communities and conversations -- Engage across all social platforms for each client building loyal, highly targeted audiences
  • Drafting timely and relevant blogs, emails, webcopy, etc. for clients and scheduling appropriately
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions -- prepared with timely, on trend, relevant, value driven ideas for creative content across a multitude of formats and platforms
  • Monitor and report on social conversations around CMG and client brands
  • Report weekly, monthly and quarterly SMM analytics and present to the team and clients regularly
  • Measure and assess the success of our content strategy across all channels and provide recommendations
  • Oversee content creation and manage the publication of all client content. Directly responsible for posting, uploading, tagging and maintaining all content once produced
  • Support the social media team reporting to the Director of Social Media
Qualifications
  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Marketing, Public Relations, Business)
  • Must have a computer with internet access for remote work
  • Available to work at least 40 hours a week
  • Self-motivated team player who is eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently with passion and energy
  • Organizational skills, strong writing ability, and attention to detail are a must
  • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok including analytic features
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, DropBox, Hootsuite, Monday
Preferred Requirements
  • Strong written communication skills, experience in copywriting a plus
  • Experience in marketing or communications specifically social media marketing
  • Captivating storytelling abilities
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • A positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly pivot from project to project
  • Ability to identify and track relevant content and community metrics
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
