Job Description

Colossus Media Group is in search of an experienced social media ad specialist with at least 3 years of experience and proven success.


  • Assist in paid social media strategic planning process 
  • Responsible for execution, performance monitoring and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Present results to clients — knowledgeable in campaign performance and optimization
  • Analyze social campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve KPIs
  • Provide insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve campaign goals
  • Work in a team environment and actively participate and contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions
  • Attention to detail is a must:  excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


  • Minimum 3 years in the digital media buying & planning space with a focus on paid social strategy and execution
  • Minimum 3 years of in-platform execution experience (campaign creation on Facebook, Instagram, and/or other paid social platforms

Job Type

Part-time, with possibility of becoming full-time in the future.
